The are taking debit orders for an account that was cancelled last year Feb 2021
After numerous emails to collect the router as per their instructions - this never happened
Only WHATSAP chat bot - I have to keep explaining everything over and over and include all my details every time - promises of a call back to resolve this - THIS NEVER HAPPENS !!
10 days now I have been trying - I can only be called at 13:00 as I am at work during the day
I need this resolved and my money refunded
