I pay for uncapped FLTE service. Lately I am receiving only 1-3 Mbps. I called the service centre, had to hold on for almost 30 minutes. The lady eventually opened a case no CRM:********** and sent me an email. She said send the results of a speed test. When I replied to the email, I got an email back to say that address was unattended. I'm not going to call again and hold for 30 minutes. Your service is terrible.
