Can someone please get in touch and resolve my query. Everytime the chat box gets assigned to Joyce, she does not help at all.
I do not have the time to call as I work in a call center myself and our breaks are too short.
I do not have ur services, you added in the incorrect address and it was then attempted and declined, I had requested for a change of address with RAM but they didn't come to my office on both occasions even asking them to come to reception and ask for me.
The order was then returned. I contacted And Joyce said she would amend the address details for me and the delivery for my mum to receive and sign for instead and THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN.
I had to contact again , spoke to someone and received a refund for my upfront payment as I do not want the services any more.
Now url saying my account is not cancelled and url just debited me today again.
