My wifi was cut, because according Supersonic I never paid my fees.
I have paid my monthly fee and top-ups on my Supersonic portal. I have send several emails with the proof of payment, but still no luck. I am so disappointed with the poor service I received.

After I had to phone and spoke to three different consultants, my line was restored, with no official apology for cutting my wifi. I am not happy at all
