Super sonic new router not working. Fault is reported it's been 5 days now. I work from home I call their customer service department everyday at the most 3 hours on the phone with them, no solutions no assistance but they debit my account monthly. Paying for services I can not use which is putting my job on the line because I can not work. Poor service, irresponsible customer consultants who do not care. Being on the line and they always say my issue is escalated but there is no feed back or turn around time. Tickets are being closed without follow up.
