Hi there, I recently signed up with supersonic with vumatel fibre. My internet was down this morning so I called supersonic to query what is the reason for my issue. An agent told me that my internet services was canceled and it would be vumatel who were able to assist to get my internet working again.
I then phoned vumatel and spoke to an agent who told me the cancelation of my internet services were done via supersonic and not them.
I have spoken to numerous agents and sent numerous emails only to not have any assistance or correction.
My internet is fully paid. Every thing is in order on my end. I did not request any cancelation. So this is an issue or mistake on supersonic side
Please can you help get my internet back up as I lost a work day because of this. I wasted the entire day with phone calls and emails with out being helped. I'm out of minutes to continue calling.
I can't understand what is so difficult, if there was deactivated internet without my permission the least they could do is correct what they incorrectly have done.
