Good Day
One keeps on reporting poor connectivity but the matter is not given serious nor appropriate attention. I don’t knot if is because on my nationality or what but the service is pathetic and unbearable. Always the last resort or response is either that the tower was down or the matter has been escalated and it ends there without being resolved.
The download speed of 9.5 Mbps and 1.28 Mbps Upload at the maximum one can get during OFF PEAK hours.
This is stressing and pathetic
