I signed up with Supersonic on the 24 August 2021 and I was told the router and the sim card will be delivered in 3-5 working days.
The router was delivered on 06 September 2021. The sim was rica'd on the 8 September 2021. Till today the sim card doesn't have any internet connection. I call in every single day and no one seems to know what's happening, they keep telling me that they have escalated my query to an account manager and they will get back to me. I haven't received any feedback.
I sent them an email and asked them to come and collect their router and sim card seeing I don't have any internet connection. I was told I must give them a month's notice if I want to cancel. A notice for what cause it's not like I got what I signed up for. Please cancel this thing it's not like I have any internet connection anyway.
Please can you cancel my application.
