Supersonic, I recently upgraded on the 26 July from R199 (60G), to uncapped R999 and to my shock and dissapointment they have submitted a debit order of R1960 , tried calling now and the explaination i got was further confusing and left me more dissapointed and very unhappy, The matter is not resolved and was advised that they will give me a call back tomorrow. I need help as i cannot afford R1960 and have also requested to cancel. Can i also get a recording of the conversation on the 26 July 2021, as i didnt agree to pay R1960 instead of R999. I am so very dissapointed with Supersonic and would like to cancel my subcriptions with them immediately.
