I will not recommend anyone to use Supersonic, which is sad as their data is the cheapest at the moment. I bought a 10GB top up on the 29th of August. Supersonic did not process my payment until the 31st of August. I was without data for 3 days due to this. When they finally processed the payment they did not give me my 10GB top up data, but showed it as used data. I have sent them numerous emails and whatsapp messages. Today is the 10th of September and this issues is still not resolved. I still did not receive my 10GB of top up data. And Supersonic ignores me as a Customer. Surely comes across as if they are stealing from their Customers - how disgusting. [email protected]
