I accidentally paid my rent money over to Supersonic on the 24th of June 2022. I have spoken to several agents who keeps lying by saying the refund will be done tomorrow. It is the 06th of July 2022 and just today I was advised that there is a problem. I cannot understand how staff can lie and keep me holding on the phone for more than 30 minutes, Just the airtime I have wasted in the past 9 days comes over to R 300.00 , When I request to speak to a manager they put me on hold and then drop the call. I furious and frustrated as I had to borrow money to pay my rent and now the person whom I borrowed from is waiting on his money. This has been dragging on and I don't know who else to believe any more. Just a few names of staff members who are liars
