Ordered a 60gb LTE service. Not provided yet.
When ordered the bundle I specifically asked not to provide any other services than the date service, but even though the order is not even despatched yet they went ahead and subtracted an amount of R159 from my account. This service for assiting and technical service was not requested!
Please note that my order is not even provided yet!
Please also cancel my order as this type of service is not acceptable and I will persue other suppliers.
Also please acknowledge my cancellation and refund the debit order. Also insure and confirm that the order was cancelled and no other deductions will take effect regarding this.
