The customer service with Supersonic is horrible. Earlier this year I logged a cancellation for my fibre line and to my surprise the supersonic month-to-month is just a lie and I am bided to stay with the line until 2024 September or pay of R2237.94.
This was not what is advertised online. They called me non stop and convinced me to reinstate my account, which I did. However, now my account has not been credited and it is already 4 months later.
How is it that Supersonic is advertising lies on their website saying the line is a month - to - month but when customers want to cancel we need to pay clawbacks etc.
