After cancellation on the 26th August everything was paid and router returned via their arrangements. I just received sms to say my account has been suspended owing to my accout being in arrears and I must go to the portal and pay. I think it is time that Supersonic wakes up and sort out all departments as know body knows what the hell is going on.
Supersonic is not resolving my complaint. Do not care about people complaints and customer care is a disgrace. All they care about is stealing clients money. I am now sick and tiered of this nonsense. Do not buy Wi-fi from supersonic. They make promises and do not stick to the information given to you over the phone
