I hope this mail finds you well
I have deep concerns that requires immediate attention because it is currently affecting my work due to the fact that my Wi-Fi is off for some outstanding amount
Firstly I would like to say just how disappointed I am being a loyal client to you. How is it possible to have an outstanding amount on a month to month package? According to my knowledge month to month is self-explanatory, when I took my first package I was informed that this is not a contract therefore I never signed documents. When I again spoke to the consultant about changing the line to a faster one he said that it can be done and when I asked about cancellations fee he said that there wont be any because I’m not leaving supersonic I’m simply moving to another package in the same company. Which was 2 years ago. SO when I moved over and started paying mor as well it worked, for a while but I had endless problems with the Air fibre and spoke to a technician again that advised about the open serve line and there will be no fees for changing again from product to product
Now I have been charges a claw fee for things I was not aware as well no discussion or communication to me about fees that are being added on my bill where I have no telephonic conversation at supersonic unless I phone which is going on for two months to correct my billing and statements amount. Everybody advised that I will get a call back once sorted but nothing at all
The only communicate I got was from a girl to advise you guys are billing me incorrectly and will correct all the fees and things added to my account but nothing at all
I am disappointed now that I need to start buying data again for my phone to work because no body sorting out my billing and statements please I would highly appreciate assistance with getting contacted again
I will be going to the ombudsman because the consultants are not helpful
