On Saturday 18 November 2023 I logged a return. The 10 items were packed across two boxes.
On Monday 20 November 2023 the driver arrived on a motorcycle which was unable to carry the boxes in one go. He made two separate trips from my residence to the office; one in the morning and one in the afternoon.I received an SMS on this day confirming my return was collected.
On Friday 24 November I received an email from Superbalist stating the entire return was missing.
The client concierge team member assigned to my case is unresponsive to my emails and calls.
It has been 19 days and I haven't been refunded. I am beyond frustrated, stressed and angry at Superbalist customer service.
Superbalist is in breach of the Customer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
