Superbalist - Status says delivered but haven't yet received any thing

I ordered shoes on the 29 November 2023 and on the 2 December 2023 I got a message saying I'll receive my order on the 8 December 2023 before 17h00
Again On the 2 December 2023 around 9 I got a call from a courier guy asking for where I live so he can courier next week
Around 3 my status changed to delivered but I didn't get my order or sign something
I tried calling the courier guy after my status changed but his phone has been off
I tried reaching out to superbalist but they haven't yet answered me

After my status changed I received call the number but it didn't go through
