Ordered two items on black Friday and received the wrong items.Processed a refund because the system did not allow for an exchange, then reported it to the email address.
Wishaal assured me the correct items would be delivered. Received an sms to say refund is being processed spoke to two more fashion assistants that did read nor comprehend my complaint,Jonique and Chadley.Still waiting for a manager to call me.
