I'm copying one of the email sent to Superbalist Customer Service.
Order no: 20165568 was a mess up and headache from the start. 2 of the items were cancelled. I see that one of the items that was not delivered is NOW out for delivery after it said that it was delivered ( Avene Thermal Spring Water). After requesting info about the other item ( Origins GenZing Energizing Gel Cream), I still haven't heard a single word about this item. My original order was placed on the 3rd September 2023. Today is the 12th of September 2023 and my order has not been fulfilled.
My order went like this: I ordered Plantscription™ Multi-Powered Anti-Aging Peptide Serum Mini ( cancelled), Hyseac Anti-Blemish Peel Off Mask ( cancelled), Avene Thermal Spring Water - 300ml, GinZing™ Energizing Gel Cream. The first 2 items were cancelled due to some poor excuse. The other 2 items never got delivered although it states that they were delivered. What proof do I have?? I received a product I never ordered ( Uriage Eau Thermal spray) It got collected in the meantime. I asked about the other two products that was still owed to me. Never have I received any feedback. Then after numerous emails to Inshaaf I noted that ONE of the products that is owed to me is out for delivery. I again e -mailed Inshaaf to enquire about the other outstanding product and still no feedback. Something fishy is going on. I see this as stealing. I paid for these items and did not receive it. I am a regular customer with Superbalist and this is how you treat me? Just send me my outstanding product ( Origins Genzing energizing gel cream) surely it's not to much to ask.
