I have purchased Christmas presents online the morning of the 14th of December 2022, all the items was in stocks and delivery set for the 20th of December 2022.
Its the afternoon of the 22nd of December 2022 and still no delivery and no one can let me know when I'm getting my order. Spoke to 4 different people trying to find out when I'm getting my order and all of them tells me that they are still processing the order but there are 2 items still not at there warehouse!!!!
Esculated it to the manager and no response from them. Leaving on vacation on the 23de and very stressed and frustrated that my husband is not getting his Christmas gifts because of Suppurbilas not caring and living up to delivery time.
I am bejond frustrated!!!!!
