Hi
My daughter bought 3 items from Superbalist in November 23. Only 2 items were delivered. We received 2 boxes, another box contained things she did not purchase and we returned. When we checked her items, there was 1 crop tee missing. She did all she could and Asit, Lerato, Siphenathi and Neli have taken the matter lightly. They refused to put me through to the managers or supervisor telling me they are not allowed to. The matter has been dragging since November 23. No one has bothered to call us. They keep telling us that the matter is been investigated. My next step from here is Ombudsman. I'm tired of people who ate just sitting and not not doing their job. I want that item or the money back. This is frustrating
