Sunward Park Hospital - Theater b section 1st floor

On behalf of My partner, went in for a C&G scope on the 2nd with a Dr. My partner got there with a nappy on and his tummy was still runny from the preparation. I asked the nurse to please make sure that they put another clean nappy on him when I take him home and she said sure she will do it. After he just paid R5,000 to the hospital. His a diabetic and his sugar was 18 after not eating from the day before. But no one did anything about it. Its very concerning. They said they will ask the Dr nothing was done. At least give him insulin to control the sugar. Well he went into theater because I tried to save the bedding whilst he was waiting to go to theater. If I had knowen that, that they were going to send him home with his dirty nappy he got there with to the hospital, I should've left him there without a nappy and let him dirty the bed all the time, and let the staff clean the bed all the time. but i have RESPECT for others, but not your theater staff and the ward staff. They should've checked if he had a clean nappy on, they all couldn't care less. He went to theater with his dirty nappy on and he came out with his dirty nappy from home back to the ward. I think this is shocking behavior of the theater staff. My partner was very upset having to go home in that state. This is not exceptable. That's why I don't want to go to sunward park hospital just like many other people. Service is shocking. Please can someone come back to me regarding this matter. If not I will take it further with the manager of the hospital. I see there was other complaints from someone in 2022 and nothing was resolved. Well i will not leave it there. Thank you. We are seeing the Dr on Tuesday and I will mention it to him too.

Sunward Park hospital is useless as far as complaints are all about. It's a waste of time. NO ONE EVER COMES BACK TO YOU. I think I need to report it to Dr Fourie. I'm not happy with the hospital at all. Rather go to glynwood , linksfield or Linmed. Shocking service from Sunward Park. I have spoken to Dr Singh and he said I must put my complaint through to the the manager of Section B1 first floor . Please I need an answer

Sunward Park hospital is a disaster and very disappointing. NO ONE CARES!!!!! I'M WASTING MY TIME. RATHER GO TO GLYNWOOD OR LINMED!!!!!!!
