Sun CIty - Bed bugs

Room 142 vacation club suncity was infested with BED BUG.They had bitten me only to investigate I noticed the bed bugs.Duty Manager was so rude and arrogant and up until today which is day 6 he has not even contacted me to ask how is the situation
He never even came to inspect the room after us making numerous calls to reception instead he sent the housekeeping supervisor.He show no empathy.THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR.My first and my last at sun city.The activities is stunning there I can't complain.When it comes to Hospitality you suck its more about the money than to make sure all visitors are taken care off over and beyond.
