Good day

I place regular orders online with Greenfield Steers in East London for collection
.

Today i placed an order at 15:00 for collection.

Upon my arrival at 15:18 i found the order has not yet been made .

I showed proof of my online order.

Upon requesting a couple of time from the staff if my order was ready i was just ignored.

I ended up only paying at 15 26. For my order and left.

The staff were unfriendly .

Then when i got to my destination i found that my small chips were missing from my order

Please investigate this matter and get back to me
