I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience I had at your Sparks Road, Durban location. On 29 Sep 2023 at approximately 16:20, I placed an order online with the expectation of receiving a timely and complete meal. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.I patiently waited for nearly two and a half hours, only to receive an incomplete order at 18:50. This unacceptable delay left me and my family extremely hungry and frustrated. Moreover, the incomplete order further compounded our disappointment.The missing item from my order was a cappy juice, which was then delivered at 21:40 after calling for so many times. The chips box that I received was having a very small amount of chips compared to the actual XXXL box that I ordered. Those chips were actually two medium-sized chips
