Steers - Old oil used for chips

We had burgers with medium chips at the N3 North Ultra City Steers at about 10h45 today, but the chips were disgusting and looked as if the oil has not been changed for months. They were brown & some were hard, others soggy with oil. It looked like they had been refried a few times in dirty oil. We usually love Steers & usually their chips are the best, but this is not acceptable. We gave them back & they replaced them with others that did not look much better. So we gave them to the street sweeper outside.
