I do not know WHY there is an app for steers and all the fancy customization filters IF THEY DON'T FOLLOW THE ORDER CORRECTLY. I have complained to steers Brits a few times as they get it wrong.
Also when I place an order online, I then phone them and go trough the order to make sure they do it correctly..... BUT STILL THEY GET IT WRONG. I can't remember the last time I had received an order from them that is actually correct.
