I placed an order online with Steers Kolonnade today at 11:44 and only received my order at 13:00 after I tried calling the restaurant 3 times and not getting through. When I opened the containers, I was so disappointed as the chips were overcooked, dark and oily but cold. The chicken burgers that I asked must be hot, was not hot and the 4 cheese slices that I paid R14 extra for was not on the burgers. We ordered online as this was an online special only. We have previously also ordered the same special on 30/03/2022 and when we asked for 2 burgers with and 2 burgers without garnish, they sent us 4 burgers without garnish. I didn’t complain about it then, but after receiving my order today I was fed up and thought I shouldn’t need to pay for something I didn’t receive and keep quiet about poor service and poor-quality food. What is the use of the function to customize your meal when they do not follow the instructions? We have ordered online from KFC, Burger King, McDonalds, and Spur and have never had any issues with our orders. I am highly dissatisfied with the service I have received from Steers Kolonnade and will probably think twice before I order food from Steers again.
