Steers - Almost uncooked patty

Good day

I bought a wacky Wednesday yesterday at Dainfern square and the patty was not well cooked as a result of the patty not being well cooked it led to the buns wetty. I asked the cashier for the burgers not to be dry interms of the sauce and they give me an almost uncooked patty inside. I'm so dissappointed with steers in Dainfern, i buy the wacky Wednesday every week at the Devland Viking steers and I've never seen such.
