I placed an order online with Steers Sam Ntuli. The order was paid in full and later declined to the store not having electricity. I received a SMS confirming I would received a refund which to this date I have never. I have spoken to Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, Customer Support staff etc. No one can assist me professionally as the one sends me to the other and the other needs information from the other. I have been promised that within 5 working days I would receive my refund and after waiting for 8 days I was told I should rather take the food or wait until the end of the month for my refund.
This is poor customer service ... I spent more money buying airtime then what my refund is
All I get is apologies and that the matter is being escalated ... If the tables were turned I am pretty sure lawyers would have been contacting me if I owed steers but now I'm just being taken for a ride.
The staff laughs at me and makes as if they don't understand english ... This is not how you treat a paying customer
I just want my money back thats all ... R365 can put food on the table for my children and I'm not asking it for no reason its my money and you guys are frustrating me by pushing me around like a fool
