I visited Queenstown branch to unblock my account I was given a phone no to call fraud department .Whilst I was on the call the person on the phoneFrom Fraud department asked to call consultant I called him he said he is coming i called him more than 3 times but didn't come not even onceand I received the same response tell then I'm coming up until he went out on lunch leaving me unattended I stay on the branch on the phone for3hours up until told the person on the phone that I don't get any help he asked me to call consultant again the guy had already came from lunch icalled him he said he is coming and never came he asked me to call branch Manger that's when I receive the assistance. I want them to assist people I'm very hurt about how I was treated there as their client I should come of the bank happy What about old people just sent to the phone without the person to assist????
