Sportscene - Bad service to pay

Today we went shopping n1city we headed to sportscene because I wanted to buy some t-shirts. We proceeded to get the t-shirts and headed straight to the till to pay. There was 3 tills open, one customer on the phone and the other customer also being helped the other one was open though... We asked the one sales guy working thr that was busy with the one customer how long it will take seeing tht thr was 3 tills open he spoke so rudely told us to just wait we know it's festival time and everyone is tired of the long extra working times but thr is simply no need to be rude to customers that are just asking how long because we already stood more than 10 minutes in the line and they didn't even have the audacity to say they are busy or something but when we asked he was being all rude.
