I am Spark Mom. My child was attending at Spark Midrand. I needed a transfer from Spark Midrand to Spark Ferndale. The whole process was so tedious and frustrating. I called enrollment about 3 times on 3 different days and on the 14th I had to be on the phone the whole day with enrollment. I was speaking to different consultants of which they were not helping at all. There is this particular consultant, his name is Katlego who was extremely rude and unhelpful. He made me more frustrated and did not offer any solution at all. Mind you, this is the day before schools open. I was told to still take my child to Midrand even though we relocated to Randburg, hence the reason for the transfer. The cherry on top was when he just hung up on me when i had just waited 15 minutes before speaking to a consultant. It is the most disrespectful thing ever and I feel this guy owes me a huge apology. I pay fees at Spark and I thought taking my son to a private school will ease the burden and the headache. It was the worst experience ever. It eventually got sorted by a gentleman called Tafadzwa who was extremely helpful. And only at 16:30 pm. I dont want to lie, though he would put me on hold, he gave me solutions indeed. And my transfer was indeed a success.
