Spar - Worst customer service

This Spar branch has the worst customer service.
All till points are open during quiet times but only a few open during peak times.
Deli has one operator during peak times. This operator can't handle the peak times and therfor causes ling ques. (People din't want to spend there hour lunch time waiting in a que.)
I complaint about this on several occasions but nothing has changed.
If only the owners would study the camera footage, they can have a much more effecient shop.
To many staff that just stand around.

Brand is taking advantage of its corporate status. No issues get resolved. Having the monopoly in our area allows them to take advantage of the customer while inflating prices and poor service. Must be the poorest service of all the big brands.
