Finally my complaint was resolved by a manager lady at the Durban headquarters of SPAR. She eliminated the unreasonable demand of referring to an earlier sign-on with a different cellphone number. Now I can (and did) sign up to SPAR on my cellphone and my present cellphone number was accepted as a valid one.

All my complaints about the same problem have so far been simply disregarded.
Why does SPAR ,management ignore complaints?
They do not respond to customer complains. They figure they can live with a few dissatisfied customers.
