I have completed forms regarding my refund from Southern Sun Newlands,on the 5th of October,but every day when I call to check how far are they with my payment,they come with stories of saying who did I submit my forms too,and they are not even making efforts to assist me,I have to call them and check,it clearly shows that this hotel doesn't care about the clients,and I also spoke to the manager Mark who promised to sort this matter but unfortunately nothing has been done,this hotel owes me R8000 I wouldn't advise anyone to go there because there's poor service delivery
