Solo Shoes - Bought the shoes on the 28th/08/2023 and on the 29th/08/2023 they were damaged and I am refused my refund.

I bought the the shoes on the 28/08/2023 high heels for R599. I loved them a lot the next day was wearing them 29/08/2023 at work by the mall. Later on I realized that the shoe heel tips were not stable, ok fine I drove back home that day at the evening. In the morning of the 30th/08/2023 I took the shoes had a look at them and that's when I realized the quality was not so good and the shoes were damaged. I took them back to the store because I've only worn them for a day to be in that not so good state. I spoke to the supervisor, she took my shoes slips box everything saying that she needs to take a picture and send it to the branch manager and she will get back to me. Ok since I work close I left them there, then later on around 16:00 they came to inform me that their branch manager said I wore the shoes and there's nothing they can assist me with. I took their head office customer care number I called spoke to two of their consultant without any assistance. I then asked to speak to their superior as well , ok the transferred me to their operational manager I spoke to him several times as the phone was dropped in my ear or no network not sure.. He said to me their waiting to hear a respond from their supplier and they will call me, I asked how long does it take to do that and he said he doesn't know. So I'm been trying to make follow ups ...no luck please assist
