Placed and paid an order on 25 August 2023. Noticed a day or two later one item was showing 'out of stock'. Mailed Snatcher to confirm I will be receiving the item and requested a cancellation and refund if the item was indeed out of stock. I was assured I will receive my order. On 8 September 2023 I received part of my order. Again I mailed Snatcher. I can now get a refund, but not to my credit card (which they gladly accepted as payment method). I will have to wait 7 business days after submitting proof of my bank account. It is now almost a month later and still no refund. They don't accept telephone calls 'due to the nature of their business'
