I ordered Jellyfish Solar Lights online, order was delivered but was the incorrect lights, I sent them an email on 12th September notifying them of the error, after much follow up they were eventually collected on 20th September, with an email confirming either a refund or delivery of the lights I ordered. Again after constant follow up I have received neither, so now they have in affect stolen my money. There is no contact number so you cannot speak to anyone, and they do not respond to emails, I checked Hello-Peter yesterday and see that this seems to be happening frequently.
