I have ordered items on the 21 April 2024, and I received an email that Homemax 50 Litre Sensor Smart Bin and 2 Piece Elegant Kitchen Mats: - Style 5 is out of stock. Until today I have not received my refund after I have sent numerous emails. I am hot happy with the service I have received. Every time I enquire, I am told to wait as my query is attended to. It is now over 2 months without my refund. I have provided all the documents you wanted like my ID and bank statement as requested but no refund. I need my refund as soon as possible. I am tired of the stories.
