Snatcher - No refund from snatcher

I ordered an airfryer from Snatcher on 10th August 2023. I never received confirmation of my payment or an order number, yet the funds were paid from my bank. I contacted them and got a mail instructing me to reorder but then it asked for banking details again so I left the site. My bank was not able to reverse the payment and I wrote to them asking for a refund. They asked for my banking details but nothing has been paid. I've written to them weekly, pleading for my refund of R826 but they have not refunded me. It's now October and I am extremely disappointed ?
