Snatcher - Last time i will buy from snatcher

I ordered an lazy flexible Phone holder, it was paid and my order was send to me after 5 day i have received my order by the courier. On opening it i found that y order is wrong they send me an hand held mixer, i emailed Snatcher to inform them of the wrong order i received, they responded immediately, and asked i sent it back to them, witch i did , after that i have not received any correspondence or feedback as yet.
This is the reason why i will not buy from them again, i will not tell my friend or family about them seeing that they cant rectify their problem or communicate to say what the way forward will be.
