I ordered a Sinotec tv whilst I was in hospital, upon my return on the 5th of October 2023, I connected the TV however the remote refused to work, I then made takelot aware immediately that the remote was not functional and that I had opted to use my mobile device in the interim. They then advised that a new remote would be delivered to me on Wednesday the 11th of October instead this morning the courier guys were ordered to collect everything including the TV. This is unacceptable and is not the type of customer service I was expecting as far as I am aware the purpose of online shopping is for convenience, but it seems that isn't the case here. I need someone to please urgently call me and expedite this matter asap... 072 555 4863
