SIN International - Non existent services

The services of this individual were recruited in June 2023 by my daughter following theft of her and my jewelry. A consultation fee of R1500 was paid to him in locatingthe perpetrator. We have not heard a word from this person. On 26th July I sent him a what's app message asking to use his services. He responded immediately asking me how can he help me. I responded by saying I'm doing a follow up on the case he's handling for my daughter. He read the message and has not responded at all. He does not answer our calls as well.
