Side Step - Bad customer services

So on the 5-10-2023 I visited side step Jabulani mall and I bought sneaker for my son which I loved very much. But only to realise when I get home tbey gave me two different sizes and shoes where both left. Okay the next day I went to the store to try and solve tge problem and I was calm cause such mistakes do happen.. But the problem was not resoved they told me in the system the shoes that I bought which was a size 6 was not there okay fine.. They then ask me to wait Atleast 1 hour to go fetch them from another mall I agree and went to buy myself lunch nd chilled after 2 hours I came back.. They advice the person was not back yet I waited tleast 40 munites to be told that the person is only now that he got to that store.. After almost 3 hours.. It cost me R140 to to the mall return I spent R89 on food so that time can atleast pass by only to not be assisted nd given back my money.. Am so disappointed at the people who work at Jabulani mall side step they not accontable for anything but rude..
