Showmax - Unfair refund pilicy

I paid for the Showmax pro package this afternoon, in the mistaken belief, that the Rugby World Cup would be available when it starts.
This is apparently not the case and I requested a refund immediately.
Despite only a matter of about 3 hours having passed I am denied a refund.
Incident date: 1 September 2023
