My name is Tashlynn, and I am writing to express my disappointment with the standard and quality of the Savannah Dry drink I purchased on Saturday, 16 March 2024, at Tops Wentworth. I am a huge fan and a great lover of Savannah Dry, but to my dismay, the 12 pack of 500ml bottles I purchased was of extremely poor quality.
Upon opening the bottle, I noticed that the drink was very flat and lacked any acidity. This was not the refreshing experience I have come to expect from Savannah Dry. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to return to the store to exchange the product as I was attending a funeral.
I understand that issues like this can happen occasionally, but I do not believe that this level of quality should be acceptable for customers. Apart from the financial aspect, I am deeply disappointed and saddened by my recent purchase of Savannah Dry.
I kindly request that this matter be looked into promptly. I believe that this may not have been an isolated incident, and other customers may have experienced similar issues. Ensuring the quality of your products is crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
