I lost my dependent(uncle) on the 30th September 2033. I submitted my claim form on 05 October 2023. I recieved confirmations or acknowledgement emails and sms. They promised to call me and they never did. Then on the 09th October 2023,I made an effort to visit their offices in Bellville. They promised to ensure that the process of my claim is soon to be finilised. Before i left their offices yesterday just after 15:00, i was told that my claim is approved and the next payment is after 18:00. To my supprise i did not get any payment. Just after 10:00 today 11th October, i recieved a call indicating that the claim is rejected after they have made their verufication. After i had indicated that the cancellation they are referring to is fraud. As i showed them thesignatures of one claim form, two affidavit that they are not similar from to the cancellation form they showed me.
