I had four policies with them and last month on July and month end June two of my policies deducted twice and they deducted funds from my account without any agreement and thereafter I asked for refund they couldn't refund me after that I canceled my policies after I canceled my policies with them some policies are still deducting some I managed to reverse and some I couldn't manage to deduct now when I'm trying to call them they don't pick up my calls I'm tired with sanlam abusing my funds now because I canceled policies with them please help me with this.
