Sandton Central Cars - Spare key & poor service

I bought a Suzuki Swift on 31/10/2023 from Sandton Central Cars`- CASH transaction, was assisted from start by John Sales Executive. I did asked all the necessary questions regarding vehicle that I need to know before buying as well as if there's a spare key and was informed yes and it's a demo vehicle. Money was paid over. Day of collection 3/11/2022, I asked where spare key is and was informed they gave the wrong key to another client they will get it back and deliver it to me. Weeks passed and no spare key delivered. I phoned the Dealer manager and he said I must talk to the manager over the sales people.....like it goes usually they pass the bucket. On 20/12/2022 did received a voice message from Dorian Bowen informing me that Louise from Sandton Central Cars said he must arrange to come and do spare key, I asked him to make sure is it gone be a key like mine with the remote to do central locking etc, and he replied no normal service key. I informed him sorry Im not gone take a normal key because it's not gone work on my vehicle he said he will get back to me I must send him a photo of my key and I did. He did came back to me informing me Louisa said it's fine he can do a key like mine, but then the steel or something he had wasn't correct to cut the key and something about sensor and then another issue and so on. I do have all the proof of our conversation aswell as with John where I was keeping him up to date. On 8 May 2023 I was in contact with John informing him that I still haven't received my spare key, he told me he will follow up and get back to me. No feedback till today. I phoned John on 22 June 2023 regarding something els and he told me he's no longer working for Sandton Central Cars.
It seems to me if you paid cash you good enouth because then they get money but I something is not correct then they don''t care and to me this is really bad customer service. One off these months it's gone be 1 year and still no spare key. Please be so kind and assist because I had enouth if Sales peoplel think they can walk over us ladies if we alone.
I awaiting feedback from you regarding this matter please.
